Jakdbox SERVICE AGREEMENT Between Jakdbox LLC (“Company”) AND Customer (“User”)

Effective Date: 4/1/2025

1. INTRODUCTION

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Jakdbox LLC, an entity registered in Wyoming, and the Customer (“User”) who accesses or uses the services provided by Jakdbox LLC. By using the services, the User acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth in this Agreement.  Any service, product, advice or information provided or shared with customers are solely for educational and entertainment purposes. 

2. NO ILLEGAL CONTENT OR COPYRIGHT VIOLATION

2.1 Compliance with U.S. Copyright Laws

Jakdbox LLC strictly complies with all U.S. copyright laws, including but not limited to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2.2 Prohibited Content

Jakdbox LLC does not provide, host, distribute, sell, or facilitate access to:

• Copyrighted movies, TV shows, or media without proper authorization.

• Any illegal streaming services or piracy-related content.

• Data or materials that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

2.3 User Responsibility

The User acknowledges that any misuse of Jakdbox LLC’s services for unlawful activities, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or consumption of copyrighted media, is strictly prohibited. The User agrees to use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.  The user also acknowledges that service(s) and product  provided are for educational purposes only. 

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Jakdbox LLC shall not be held liable for any actions taken by Users that violate copyright laws or any applicable regulations. The User assumes full responsibility for their actions and any consequences arising from misuse of the services.

4. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Jakdbox LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any User found to be in violation of this Agreement, without prior notice.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jakdbox LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from the User’s breach of this Agreement.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Jakdbox LLC is registered.  

The parties agree that any dispute or controversy, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or any alleged breach thereof, shall be subject to mediation if all parties agree thereto. If the parties mutually agree to submit to Mediation, any such Mediation shall be administrated by National Arbitration and Mediation (“NAM”) and governed by their Comprehensive Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures and the Fee Schedule in effect at the time such claim is filed with NAM.

7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using Jakdbox LLC’s services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
